This unit is conveniently located on the 1st floor in the C tower (middle tower), quick access to pools, parking, and all resort amenities. It is equipped with three bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The bedding arrangements are King, Queen, and Twin
bunkbeds. Plus, if you bring it with you, there's room for an inflatable bed in the master suite. The huge open floor plan features a kitchen fully equipped and ready to prepare all or some of your meals, seated dining for 10. The wet bar has its own ice machine
and the spacious balcony spans the entire length of the unit and displays incredible water and island views.
Within a 1-mile radius you may choose from parasailing, surfing, boat rentals, kayaking, both inshore and offshore charter fishing, jet-ski rentals, and biking. If it's raining...no problem!...your kids will have soooo much to do within the Caribe property,
they will never be bored due to weather. Also in the immediate area are dozens of restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores, and themed clubs. If you’re part of the crowd that enjoys an adult beverage and people watching, then you’ll enjoy that you are
only 1.5 miles west of the world famous FloraBama Lounge…home of the Annual Music Fest and the Annual Mullet Toss. Or if you prefer, you’ll never have to get in your vehicle and still find plenty to do within walking distance of Caribe. Right next door is
Cobalt, one of the most popular restaurants in the area…featuring a huge 20,000 square foot patio with outdoor dining, tiki bar, and views second to none.

are directly across the street from Caribe and well within walking distance…or, you may wish to ride the fun and colorful electric shuttles that run all day to and from the beach and the Pass.
Bring your Chipping Wedge and your Putter and spend time brushing up on your strokes on our challenging golf greens at the entrance of the property.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
We do not accept payments through VRBO/Homeaway. We will use the card you enter to make a payment, unless you indicate 'check' on the rental contract.
Rental contract is required after making a reservation request.
Payment Options: Personal check or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 2.75% fee of total amount due.
Balance is due 30-days prior to arrival; Bookings within 30-days of arrival must pay by credit or debit card.
Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. Only 2 passes are allowed during peak season (June, July, Aug) and holidays. Passes are $25+tax each. There's 1 reserved spot for the unit, additional vehicles park in non-reserved spots.
