Frequently Asked Questions

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 4 pm CST, and check-out is before 10 am CST. Sometimes the check-in can be delayed due to extra cleaning needed in the unit, but we will always text you when the unit is ready, even if that is before 4 pm.

What is the cancellation policy?

If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds will be given for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no refunds will be given due to said occurrences.

We require a 25% deposit of the total due after booking and completing the rental agreement that we will text you. If you book within 30-days of your arrival day, the full payment is due.

Do not hang towels from any condo railing. It’s against condo association rules. Please do not use hand or bath towels to wipe spills like wine or colored juices. Use paper towels instead. Most condos allow 2 vehicles per unit. Some larger units, like a 5 bedroom unit, have 4 parking spaces allocated for that unit. In most cases, you will have to purchase parking passes with your rental, or from the front desk of the condo if you're staying in a Phoenix named condo. There is no exception to this rule during peak season.
