“Baby Blue” beach house is full of relaxing southern charm and is steps away from the Gulf with its white sand and emerald waters. Located in the Village of Tannin, an incredible community away from the hustle and bustle of Orange Beach yet minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The spacious porches are ideal for lounging and your coastal retreat is light and airy with its three-story layout. There is an incredible sparkling Olympic size heated pool in the community and the Gulf State Park Trails are adjacent to the neighborhood. Take a stroll to Pete’s Ice Cream & Donuts or Southern Grind Coffee.

LIVING / DINING SPACES / KITCHEN

Enter the sun-drenched living room with vaulted ceilings and coastal décor, and views of the lagoon from the newly renovated kitchen. You have everything you need for a gourmet meal and the grilling area with Green Egg creates a second outdoor kitchen.

Bedroom 1 (Main Level) – Primary bedroom with king bed, bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, SmartTV, deck access and lagoon views.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level)– Queen bed with ensuite full bathroom and SmartTV.

Bedroom 3 (Second Level) – The ideal “sleepover” room featuring an open-air loft with cozy triple bunks, sleeping 3, and full bathroom.

Crow’s Nest (Third Level - Twin bed and has 360 views of the gulf, state park and lakes.

OUTDOORS

Baby Blue features a spacious covered front porch, with seating for five including rocking chairs and a glider. The back deck is ideal for watching the sunset over the lagoon.

The “spun sugar” white sand beaches of the Gulf are the kind of beaches memories are made of, and are a short 0.3 mile walk from Baby Blue, and are safely accessible for all with a crosswalk with signal.

CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no refunds will be given due to said occurrences.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent.

MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.

*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
