Beach Village Resort 12 | Poolside Cabana Included With Rental

This is our third time at BVR and once again it was a wonderful experience. We love staying in the houses that back up against the marsh so we can sit out on the back porch. The home was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and you just can't beat the location. We love biking and running in the state park, swimming in the pool, and it is such a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family!

BVR is a great way to enjoy the beach without the crowds. The casitas were top notch…….nicely decorated, clean and inviting. The pool amenities were excellent, the slide and lazy river were big hits with our grandchildren. There was easy access to the beach and access to the park and all its trails was a real plus. Our communication with the property manager made the arrival and departure super easy. We look forward to returning to BVR.

Part of me wants to keep this place a secret. I really think it’s a hidden gem not many people have discovered yet. We will def come back and more than likely rent Casita 12 again! The house was in pristine condition, beautifully decorated, with top of the line appliances. Anything we could possibly need was available in the house. The amenties were fabulous! The pool was not crowded. Floats available. The slide, lazy river and splash pad were clean and so fun. Our toddler twins had a blast! We felt incredibly safe. The neighborhood has nearby private beach access. The bathrooms at the pool were incredibly clean! We had a wonderful vacation and we cannot wait to return! So glad we chose to stay in this casita rather than a high rise condo.

WE were very pleased with our rental at the Beach Village Resort. The unit was exceptional. Very clean and well maintained. New high end appliances, big screen TVs in all the rooms. Very nice.

My family and I stayed for three nights and four days. The property was perfectly clean. Very bright and open. We enjoyed the proximity to the state park and the beach. Would surely recommend!

Proximity to the beach and hiking was wonderful, the house is literally brand new, not a thing wrong with it. We cooked most of our meals and were not struggling to find what we needed in the kitchen. The back porch with view of alligators and the marsh was spectacular. Quiet, clean, nice bathrooms, and comfy beds. Price was good, community pool was heated and enjoyed, the kids spent a lot of time on the slide. We will rebook again. Lastly, the staff was super nice and prompt with a minor issue (wasps trying to make a nest). The admin communicated with us via text multiple times BEFORE our vacation, so easy.

Absolutely love this place!! We appreciated the clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home, making it the perfect place to stay. When we arrived we were given a gate code. The appliances are new, the coffee maker that gives you the option between pods or an entire pot, and we even loved the dishes! There is an amazing fresh seafood market right next door and a charcoal grill that we used to make dinner on one night. The pool and slide were great and we enjoyed the covered clubhouse for lunch. It is gated which gave us a feeling of safety and comfort knowing our son liked to sit on the front porch by himself. We rode our bikes over the bridge to the state park behind the neighborhood and it is beautiful back there, I would definitely recommend. The private beach is just across the street and there is even a gas station and adult beverage store on the way in case you want to pick up anything on the way. We were told that the beach is actually a private beach for BVR neighborhood and Tannin next door. The beaches were never crowded and always clean. We have stayed at this particular house a couple of times and we always talk about when we're coming back on our trip home.

We always love orange beach and Beach Village Resort is the best new development in the area. The pool, lazy river, clubhouse, and slide are fantastic for the family and we loved the access to Gulf State Park from the complex. The staff was helpful and we liked the gated access and private parking. The development is quiet and not crowded or loud like a large condo. The beach is just across the street and was not overly crowded. House is brand new with top of the line mattresses, TV's, furniture, and appliances. Everything was first class and very clean. We will certainly be back with the family every year!
