Beach Village Resort (BVR) is the newest gated resort community on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Located in Orange Beach just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, Beach Village Resort features a great range of amenities including beach access, an enormous outdoor zero-entry saltwater pool (heated seasonally), lazy river, water slide, private cabanas, and on-site management. Plus, BVR has it's own private access to the ever popular Hugh Branyon Backcountry Trail! Enjoy numerous trails within 6,000 acres of State Park featuring lakes, butterfly gardens, wetlands, towering pines and all sorts of wildlife. Walk or ride your bike to enjoy the incredible scenery that the State Park has to offer.
Beach Village Resort homes are all 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, built to Gold Fortified standards and features contactless-entry via door code, wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets/shelving, solid stone countertops, 12' and 10' ceilings, and elegant crown molding on both levels.
Keep in mind, if you have a large group, and need more space, that's no problem because we have plenty of these cottages for rent all within the same resort.
This particular cottage sleeps 8 in beds and 2 on queen sleeper sofa. Beds in this cottage are King, custom built-in queen over queen bunk, a twin over twin bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the den.
This specific cottage INCLUDES your very own poolside private cabana at no additional cost!
CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and unexpected pool closures, no refunds will be given due to said occurrences.
TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.
MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We do not process any payments through VRBO/HomeAway.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
Parking: You are allowed to park 2 vehicles at Beach Village Resort. There is limited overflow parking. First come first served basis.

This resort and unit is truly remarkable, stunning, new, clean, safe, family friendly, conveniently located, gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. Developed with extremely high quality construction. It is very well decorated and supplied for your every need. The pool area, along with the lazy river is amazingly pleasant and refreshing. The beautiful beach is only steps away. Located next to the Gulf State Park affords even more beautiful landscapes and things to do, as well as adding some privacy and quietness from the other, sometimes busy general beaches of the Orange Beach area. Our family is looking forward to revisiting this resort and unit as often as we can. You will not be disappointed.

This resort is phenomenal. It is in a great location, right after the state park and before all the big resorts. The cottage was practically brand new. Very clean and the whole facility was not too noisy. We have two suggestions, first, there was no bedding for the sofa bed. A mattress pad was present but no sheets. Second, this cottage needs to add additional seating for meals, sleeps 10, and only 7 seats. Both items are more inconveniences than anything. Our family is planning on returning next year.

Thank you for the review James! The sofa bed sheets can typically be found in the console in the living room. Had we known you needed the sheets and couldn't find them, we could've easily delivered that in under 30 minutes. Thanks for staying!

We stayed on property for a dance competition. The property is Lovely! The pool area is A child’s dream! The walking/biking path is spectacular for seeing all kinds of creatures.
What I would suggest is more bang for the buck-provide several rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap etc. For the price these have always been included staying elsewhere. Definitely a turn off and makes the property seem cheap. The pillows, blankets & towels could also use an upgrade.
We did have ants in our unit, but it was quickly rectified.

My young family stayed here this summer and had the best experience imaginable. The house is located just 5 minutes from the beach, and we walked there multiple times every single day because it was so close. The community and whole property is super family friendly. We enjoyed popcorn and movie for the kids at the pool one night. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances so you’ll have everything you need during your stay. An extra touch that was truly appreciated was the baby gate for the stairs as we have a toddler that likes to climb.
The house was in perfect order, perfectly equipped, and perfectly located! A whole bunch of perfects! The access to the many trails of the State Park provided hours of bike riding and walking. The awesome pool was just steps away. Beach was close and they even provided transportation. Central to everything Orange Beach. I will return!!!
