Beach Village Resort (BVR) is the newest gated resort community on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Located in Orange Beach just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, Beach Village Resort features a great range of amenities including beach access, an enormous outdoor zero-entry saltwater pool (heated seasonally), a lazy river, a water slide, private cabanas, and on-site management. Plus, BVR has its own private access to the ever-popular Hugh Branyon Backcountry Trail! Enjoy numerous trails within 6,000 acres of the State Park featuring lakes, butterfly gardens, wetlands, towering pines and all sorts of wildlife. Walk or ride your bike to enjoy the incredible State Park's incredible scenery.

BVR homes are all 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, built to Gold Fortified standards, and feature contactless entry via door code, pine wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets/shelving, solid stone countertops, 12' and 10' ceilings, and elegant crown molding on both levels.

Tucked away, Honeybee Hideaway is in the final phase of Beach Village Resort with the largest floor plan and in a quiet spot. Connect to free high-speed fiber WiFi for streaming, YouTubeTV on all TVs, or there are digital antennas to receive over-the-air TV programming. Please come to unwind and enjoy beautiful sunsets on the screened-in porch overlooking nature’s Gulf State Park.

Sleeps up to 9, two bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom features a King bed with a Twin trundle underneath. Guest room has custom Bunk- XL Twin over Queen and a Twin sleeper ottoman. Queensleeper sofa on the first floor.

CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no refunds will be given due to said occurrences. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.

MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.

*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We do not process any payments through VRBO.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
Parking: You are allowed to park 2 vehicles at Beach Village Resort. There is limited overflow parking.
