Beach Village Resort 4 | Poolside Cabana Included With Rental

We stayed at this property July 1st- July 8th, 2023. We loved everything about this property. It was a perfect place to stay. Very clean, well maintained and a great location. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and lazy river are super nice. The pool is a great place to spend time relaxing. They have live entertainment a few days of the week that was very enjoyable.

We had 3 total people during our stay. I think you could easily have 5 if 2 or 3 are kids. Any more than 5 people and it might be a little small unless they are smaller kids that bunk together.

I would recommend bringing towels to use at the beach and pool, so you have plenty of towels. We did laundry every other day to keep up.

There is a fresh seafood market called Lartigue's located right outside your front door to the left that is amazing! They will cook your food for your and send it with you in "to go" boxes. Highly recommend it!

What a wonderful property! This beautifully appointed home perfectly fit our family of six. We enjoyed preparing family meals in the well appointed kitchen and the bedrooms/bathrooms were just right! This property is CLEAN and very well maintained - it was exactly as pictured. We not only loved the house itself but also loved the nearby pool and walking trails. We spent everyday on the beach which was an EASY walk from our unit. The designated beach area is fantastic and not overcrowded. When we were ready for a break from the beach, our family loved spending time at the pool (complete with lazy river and water slide) and exploring the connecting park trails. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning again!! Thank you for serving our family so well - what a great beach getaway!!

Our family loved our stay. Booking to leaving, our stay was seamless and easy. Communication between the management company was a breeze. My kids loved the lazy river, water slide and pool area. The walk to the beach wasn't terrible but we knew this going in. The designated beach area was not crowded.

I booked this property for a girls trip to celebrate one of my best friends getting married. The property was absolutely beautiful and we were very comfortable! It sits in a resort and we enjoyed hanging out at the lazy river and pool, we even went down the waterslide lol. Overall the property was very clean, in a great location (A short walk to the beach, short walks to restaurants and shops, or a quick drive to restaurants and hang out spots). I would highly recommend this property for a nice getaway/vacation. The property owners were very kind and helpful as well.

We had a relaxing vacation. The complex is pretty . We rented bikes to ride , hung out at the pool and beach. Nice location. We were able to ride our bikes to restaurants and shopping. Only problem we had was the construction noice that started early in the morning. The construction equipment blocked our coming and going at times. Wasn’t really able to sit on the porch.

All the comforts of home are here, and so are all the things you look for in great vacation: The pool, the park, and the beach are all steps away. Inside it's spacious and modern. Outside it's sunny and easy. Why be one of hundreds at a resort when here you can have luxury and privacy?

House was excellent and clean. We loved the pool and had it to ourselves for most of the trip. There was still quite a bit of construction but it did not effect our stay. The only downside was the lack of sidewalks outside the complex which made walking anywhere a bit inconvenient. Would definitely return again.

Great place. Spotless and nicely decorated with plenty of space for our large family. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. The Hangout and the arcade were super fun.

This was our first time to Orange Beach. BVR is beautiful. Great distance to the beach. We did hear the cars on the road at night as our villa was closest to the main road. Host was not as responsive as I have had with past rentals. All the windows on the bottom floor were unlocked, so please make sure to check your windows.

We had a very nice time. We especially enjoyed biking and hiking the attached trail and visiting the nearby state park and beach.

This is a new resort that isn't finished yet, but it's going to be very nice when it is done! Our house was beautiful and the location was great. I would love to come back again!

This cottage is simply lovely. From the details in the decor to the full stocked kitchen made this cottage a "must stay" at the beach. The cottage community is still under construction, but it didn't limit us at all. It served our purpose well. We will return soon!
