Beach Village Resort (BVR) is the newest gated resort community on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Located in Orange Beach just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, Beach Village Resort features a great range of amenities including beach access, an enormous outdoor zero-entry saltwater pool (heated seasonally), lazy river, water slide, private cabanas, and on-site management. Plus, BVR has it's own private access to the ever popular Hugh Branyon Backcountry Trail! Enjoy numerous trails within 6,000 acres of State Park featuring lakes, butterfly gardens, wetlands, towering pines and all sorts of wildlife. Walk, stroll, or ride your bike to enjoy the incredible scenery that the State Park has to offer.
Beach Village Resort homes are all 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, built to Gold Fortified standards and features contactless-entry via door code, solid pine wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets/shelving, solid stone countertops, 12' and 10' ceilings, and elegant crown molding on both levels. This particular cottage sleeps 7 in beds. The beds in this cottage are King, custom built-in twin over queen bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the den. There is also room for an inflatable bed provided by guests.

CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no refunds will be given due to said occurrences. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.
TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.
MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We do not process any payments through VRBO/HomeAway.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
Parking: You are allowed to park 2 vehicles at Beach Village Resort. Oversized trucks like dually's or trucks with extra-long beds will not fit in the driveway.

My family rented this home for our fall break vacation. It’s centrally located with lots to do in the surrounding area. The residence has all the necessary amenities and is very nice and modern inside. The pool was perfect for kids and adults alike. The beach is just across the street with golf cart shuttle service. We look forward to another stay in the future!!

We stayed in the Brookhaven and it was absolutely beautiful! It was clean the location within the complex is perfect! The management is very efficient- we had 2 questions ( one about guest bracelets then other about the a/c filter and they were handled immediately)! The pool/ lazy river is indescribable! Fabulous! We so enjoyed that part of our stay! The Gulf access is a short walk down and across the road - just a nice morning outing! and the connection to Gulf State Park is so nice to have all the trails right next door! We loved seeing the gators! A 5* experience, we recommend to all and we will be back!

The Beach Village Resort is absolutely beautiful. The condos and property are well kept. It was truly like a home away from home. The pool area is both fun and relaxing. Enjoy the waterslide or the lazy river all while listening to the music being played throughout the area. The beach is only a few walking minutes away too!! Check-in details were received via text message on the day of arrival. We will be going back!!

One word. Fabulous. Everything about the Brookehaven is fabulous. The house has the perfect location and parking. It’s own private outdoor area. The home decor is perfect and the furnishings are so comfy. The pool area is even better! We could float the lazy river all day while the kids enjoyed the slide for hours. The beach access is only minutes away and has a push button walkway that stops traffic immediately. So convenient. We can not wait to return to The Brookehaven!!! We will be returning to this incredible beach home❤️ 5⭐️

We really enjoyed staying at The Brookehaven in Beach Village Resort. Extremely clean and beautiful resort. Would highly recommend if traveling to this area. The Simpson Properties Group were efficient with great customer service! We did have to buy floats for the lazy river-No glitter floats allowed-we learned that after purchasing:(

It has taken too long to comment about this place, but here it goes. BEST PLACE EVER! The house was clean and gorgeous, the environment of others staying in the community was thumbs up, easy access to the beach even though it was across the street, the pool/lazy river was my place to be daily, and would love visiting again. Thank you so much Brooke for sharing this experience with my mom (Dennice Wiseman) and I for our birthday!!!!! Could not have asked for a better place to have been. 5 ⭐️ and beyond!

We had an amazing time staying here. The amenities were great. Kids loved the water slide. There was hiking/biking trails. There is deeded beach access. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely rent again.
This is a fantastic rental. It is perfect for a small family! The location is centrally located! We will come back in the future!
