4/01/23: The lazy river will be closed until further notice. The decking around the lazy river is being replaced with brand-new wood. The construction will begin at the end of March. All other outdoor and indoor pools are open.
Caribe Resort offers its guests 6 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, Lazy River, natural grass putting green, Bocce Ball and tennis courts, snack bar, rental boat slips, fishing from the pier and an onsite Marina.
This gorgeous condo is located on the pristine beaches of Orange Beach Alabama at The Caribe Resort. The resort offers access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Bay on the same property. The resort is ideally located within a short distance of numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls. The Caribe is a gated resort with 24-hour security and is considered the crown jewel of Orange Beach.
This newly decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath unit sleeps 10 and offers all the comforts of home with a relaxing life style and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The view from the condo is of the sugary white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Have your morning coffee or your evening drinks from the balcony on this 8th-floor unit (D-814)! The oversized living room, tasteful and high-quality furnishings make for a special place for quiet solitude or family gatherings.
The upgraded gourmet kitchen will impress even the most seasoned chef, offering professional-grade stainless Kitchen-Aid appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The dining area features a wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler making entertaining a breeze.
Bedroom 1 The Primary Bedroom Suite has a king-size bed and an amazing bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in glass shower, double vanity, and huge walk-in closet. A twin-size bed is in the huge closet which is ideal for the little ones. Also in the Primary Suite, there is a love seat that folds out into a twin bed. The ceiling-to-floor glass doors offers an amazing view of the Gulf.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with a spacious bathroom including a jetted tub and SMART HDTV.
Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk bed sets so sleeps 4. Has its own bathroom with a shower tub.
CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no cancellation refunds will be given due to said occurrences. We suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance if there is a chance that you may cancel your trip.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for cancellations or early departures due to stormy weather forecasts unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.
MINIMUM AGE: The person signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.

*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. Only 2 passes are allowed during peak season (June, July, Aug) and holidays.
