The Enclave is the perfect beachfront condominium for your affordable beach getaway with family or friends! This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is perfectly located in Orange Beach Alabama and is walking distance to restaurants, groceries and shops of all kinds. And from your private balcony, the unobstructed views of the pool, the beach and the Gulf of Mexico are incredible.
This unit is fully equipped for the perfect vacation. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture throughout, full size washer and dryer, and plenty of space for your group. The beds are King in the primary bedroom, King in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Full beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has their own full bath. Maximum occupancy is 8.
The property has indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court, pickle ball court, and BBQ grills.

CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no cancellation refunds will be given due to said occurrences. We suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance if there is a chance that you may cancel your trip.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for cancellations or early departures due to stormy weather forecasts unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.

TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.

MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
*PARKING* Maximum 2 vehicles per unit. Spaces available on first-come-first-served basis. During Peak Season we cannot guarantee 2 parking spaces. Free overflow parking is offered at our Orange Beach office 5 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner always replied quickly and everything was convenient. My only recommendations would be to add a few basics like salt pepper and spray just to have on hand for any families who want to cook. And also a maybe 2-3 trash bags per stay instead of one. Those were the only two things that I can think of. Would absolutely book this condo again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the enclave unit 305. It was a perfect location across from Walmart in Rouses... For the first time, we were in walking distance to Walmart, did not have to take the convenient. The condo itself was beautiful! It was so spacious and well stocked (except for games and blankets....you would need to bring extras). Our only complaint was the parking lot was super crowded....overflow had to park at the Fairfield Inn behind Walmart....and the balcony was smaller especially for the size of condo. We loved the boardwalk to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all (even during peak season)! We will definitely rent again!!!!
