The Gulf Tower Unit 3C

Great! Kitchen is very well stocked, enough dishes, pots, crockpot, toaster oven and more. Beds comfortable. We ate at Cosmos, Flora-Bama, Dakotas, and Shrimp Basket. All were wonderful. Patio door from living room was sticky and hard to open. We had to use the bedroom door.But very satisfied overall

This condo is RIGHT on the BEACH.

The unit is roomy and has KING size beds in each bedroom.

I like to have plenty of real estate when I sleep; I am one of those that will end up using every inch of sleep space with my active sleep gymnastics.

The unit itself is older. Which is not a bad thing. I mean, I am older and I still clean up pretty good! :)

Everything was clean and the highlight of the condo- THE VIEW.

I left the patio doors open to hear the ocean waves as I slept / relaxed.

The only negative thing for me- I left my kitty cat paw print bath robe hanging in the bathroom! ( I realized this on my 9 hour trip home to Missouri)

I am minus my paw print bathrobe but the view more than makes up for it.

I would definately rent this unit again.

This condo is in the perfect place. Easy to find. Close to eating and shopping. But the view was the absolute best asset! It was right on the beach and sitting on the balcony early in the morning and after sundown was relaxing and very enjoyable. It is spacious and quiet for the most part. The fridge and kitchen counters were clean. Unfortunately the rest of the condo needed a lot a cleaning. A layer of dust was on the furniture and stains that easily wiped off with a damp paper towel. The bathroom had a layer of soap scum in places, plus a couple of things I would prefer not to mention. Bathroom needed a good cleaning. During the night there was a noise intermittently that sounded like a large dog barking one bark. It was loud, most likely not a dog, and we never figured out what it was. It did cause issues with sleeping but it didn’t stop us from having a good time! Oh, and the management company would send texts asking for a reply but never replied back. So we never actually spoke to anyone. That was kinda strange.

We loved everything about this place! It was very clean when we arrived. There was great communication with property management before, during and after our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with really anything that we would need for cooking a full course meal. Loved having the washer and dryer available! It was also so nice that there was a wagon and some toys to take down to the beach for the kiddos! The view was phenomenal! We will definitely be back for another stay!

I want to start by saying the Rental agent Hunter was very nice and very attentive. Enjoyed our stay. Loved the room especially the Sunroom. But very dissatisfied that the room was not clean. We would really love to stay here again. And would recommend to a friend. But these issues really need to be addressed.

Loved the unit. Needed xtra pillow cases and they were delivered that afternoon.

We've been to GS several years now and this location is great. 1 mile from the Hangout but across the street is The Beach House Grill, a Fresh fish Market (they'll cook it for you), an ice cream shop and a convenience store. the Unit was clean and had everything we needed. there were 3 of us so plenty of room. I love the in unit laundry to help dry beach towels and swimwear! There was a lot of glass tabletop decor we put away so we didn't damage them but overall we were very happy with this Unit!

Older building, but very well maintained. We had a great time at Gulf Tower 3C. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Nice enclosed balcony to relax in. Pool was nice if we didn’t want to go to the beach. Security is no joke so have your parking pass filled out and visible or you’ll hear about it. The bathrooms could use some updating, but Overall we had a great time and made wonderful memories. Would stay here again!

This condo was perfection for our "Mom's Spring Break" trip. We each had our own king bedroom with bathroom....that was the reason we booked it! The walk from beach chair to condo was short. We reserved the beach chairs/umbrella for our stay, no complaints there. LOVE the enclosed balcony as a sun room!! Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of an adult beverage at night while watching the dolphins.

Our first snowbird experience was amazing at Gulf Towers. We right on the beach and woke up to the Gulf each morning and the sunsets were breathtaking. Gulf Shores offers a huge variety of restaurants, things to do and 22 miles of walking/biking trails. We will be back!

The condo is beautifully decorated even if it is in an older building. It is evident the owners have put work into it. The bed in master was comfortable and we were surprised to find beach chairs and toys in the closet. The condo was well stocked with towels and dishes and kitchen necessities. You do have to provide your own laundry detergent. Our only hiccup was a huge orange sticker placed on our car saying we didnt have a parking pass even though it was clearly visible on the dash. It took one call to Pat at Simpson Realties and he took care of it. He texted and called and worked hard to resolve the issue. I had read reviews about the security guy and they weren't good. I was thankful I booked through the realty company rather than vrbo because they were wonderful at helping straighten out the parking pass issue. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With covid fears, our condo was very clean and sanitized upon arrival.

Everything went great from scheduling and booking our reservations to the check in process. Property was very well taken care of. Room was a little dated but very spacious. No covered parking but found it was not a big deal. There is only one parking pass per condo but it was nit hard finding parking across the street. Beautiful views. Would stay here again.
