If you're looking for an affordable vacation, direct beachfront, that won't break the bank, then this two bedroom condo may just be the perfect spot for you! Located on the 1st floor, yet it's 12-feet above ground so the views are incredible. All the conveniences of home, and then some. All you'll need to bring is what you'll eat, drink, and wear. Walk right off the elevator or stairs, right onto the beach, or stop by the pool and have a swim first. The pool is a swim through pool, which lets you swim inside or outside, and it's heated seasonally. Gas BBQ grills are poolside and there's plenty of parking is available to you as well!

Our condo is conveniently located to all the activities, restaurants, and shops in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Many are within walking distance, and others are a 3-5 minute drive. Bicycle rentals are also just up the street.
Beds are King, Twin over Full Bunk, and sleeper sofa.

CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no cancellation refunds will be given due to said occurrences. We suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance if there is a chance that you may cancel your trip.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for cancellations or early departures due to stormy weather forecasts unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.

TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.

MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.

*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. Only 2 passes are allowed during peak season (June, July, Aug) and holidays. Passes are $25+tax each. Parking spots are first come first serve.

Great location. First floor with balcony view of ocean and pool. Could use bathroom updates, specifically in the master bath. Overall, a good place to stay minus a few things listed below.

The place was dirty. The floors didn't "appear" dirty but our socks would literally turn black from the filth. I considered purchasing a mop for our visit but instead, all guests wore socks at all time. Which resulted in a lot of laundry. There were a lot of dust and dirt in corners/along walls of rooms, behind/close by furniture and in the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinets, lower cabinets specifically where all cookware was stored, was absolutely disgusting. I sent photos of this to the property management and was told that the owners recently had granite countertops installed so the dust was most likely left from that but I disagree as there were FOOD particles in the piles of dirt/dust/grime.

The wifi service was very spotty. The entire visit, the connection area on our devices would show connected with a note that said "Weak Security". There is no router on the property for guests to attempt to do a reset for better connection. The property manager stated the service provider would need to come out and review if there was an issue. We told them never mind as we didn't want to fool with it.

The living room tv does not always display a picture. Some days the picture would display perfectly with no issues. Other days, the picture would fade in and out with a lot of lines and fuzziness on the screen and would usually last several minutes at a time.

The tv in the master bedroom would never turn on. All cables were plugged in accordingly but still no luck. We would receive the message "Weak or No Signal".

I informed the property manager of both tv issues and they suggested I ensure all cables were plugged in, as if I hadn't already done that. Nothing else was done to address the issues. TV's looked fairly old so they probably ju
