Lani Kai Village condo is in the center of all sorts of fun in Gulf Shores. Walk to the world famous Hangout, home of Hangout Music Fest! There are numerous restaurants, souvenir shops, bike and scooter rentals, all within minutes.
And of course our famous sugar-white beaches are right across the street.
Lani Kai has it's own beach access, so from your condo, you are literally a 3-minute walk across the street to the beach!
This condo features a fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, dishes, flatware, ALL of it.
In fact, really all you need to bring is what you plan to eat, drink and wear! And yes there is free WIFI.
There are 2 pools at Lani Kai, one for kids with parents, and one for adults only.
Plus there are charcoal BBQ grills for your use.
Cute, clean, convenient, and priced right!
NOTE: There is no elevator. There is one flight of stairs, 12 steps, to this unit.
CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no cancellation refunds will be given due to said occurrences. We suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance if there is a chance that you may cancel your trip.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for cancellations or early departures due to stormy weather forecasts unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.
TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.
MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We do not process any payments through VRBO/HomeAway.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. Only 2 passes are allowed during peak season (June, July, Aug) and holidays. Passes are free. This unit has a reserved parking spot that is covered and large enough for 2 mid sized vehicles, or 1 large vehicle.

Lani Kai 121 was an awesome place to stay for our beach vacation. The place was clean and just as described. There is one flight of stairs to walk up to get to the door as parking is underneath the building. It is across the road from the beach. Crossing the busy street can be tricky (especially with kids I’d imagine) but for a little more walking and patience you can walk up to the nearest crosswalk. Overall this is a beautiful and clean condo and we had no issues at all!

My friend and i came to gulf shores for the weekend as a quick break from work and other obligations, and a birthday getaway for the both of us. We found the Lani Kai condo to be clean, well equipped, and convenient to the beach and the places we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable, the neighbors were quiet and we enjoyed our time there.

We chose this property because it included a washer and dryer. We were visiting the area for our son’s baseball tournament and needed to wash uniforms daily. The dryer did not work. Management was aware of the problem prior to our arrival and chose not to inform us because there was a note on the dryer with “special” instructions on how to tape the dryer door shut to operate. After multiple failed attempts by management to fix the dryer, we ended up having to drive our clothes to a teammates condo to dry each time. Huge inconvenience. Also, the air conditioner was not working at the time we arrived, but starting working in the middle of the night. We believe the unit probably froze up because the filter was extremely dirty and had to be replaced.

The condo was great, very clean, and the new mattresses on the beds were amazing. It is a very short walk to the beach which is across the street but we had no problems. We had a very enjoyable stay and like the fact that it was very close to The Hangout (only like 4 blocks walk). I would definitely recommend this adorable accommodation. The view from the kitchen window over looked the bay and usually there were people kayaking which made for a pretty picture. I liked the fact that there were two pools, one for adults and one for adults with kids. Simpson Properties was great to deal and because of that I will book with them in the future.

This property is first and foremost very affordable. The property was accurately described in the listing. Another reviewer mentioned noise, but we did not find that to be an issue even with a large party staying below us having a cookout the first night. Yes, you are able to hear some noise from others if they are on the deck nearby, but this is no worse than any other property at the beach. We used a white noise machine to sleep with our infant and it was no problem. There were plenty of linens, sheets were clean and the master bed was AMAZING with a feather topper. I wish we could've taken that bed home! The dishwasher malfunctioned while we were there and ran for 8 hours straight overnight; we contacted the property manager and did not receive a response but then we stopped the dishwasher and ran it again; no problems. The washing machine had a bit of mold and smelled a bit, as many front loading machines will when not used daily. There was also a bit of grime (a tiny smudge of toothpaste and a little soap) on the bathroom sinks which I only noticed because I was bathing an infant. I initially thought the wifi was not working but it's because the router was not plugged in; several appliances were unplugged. Wifi worked great. Kitchen was well-stocked. Again, this place is very affordable and you get more than what you pay for. It's not a top-end luxury suite, but great for families or those on a budget

Condo was roomy and had everything we needed. Luckily we did not have any direct neighbors, but there was one that was above and to the right. With the lament floors you could hear everrrrything. Walking, opening doors, dropping stuff on the floors, etc. So if we had direct neighbors I probably wouldn't have had as great of an experience. Bathroom to the right appears to have black mold in the vents. Might need to look into that. Also I thought it was weird that there was no note letting me know where the beach towels were. Under the bathroom sink is a very strange place considering it was a beach condo. We went 3 days into our vacation before one of our guests looked under their sink for something. I also had a very hard time locking the backdoor. Parking was great, location was great, pool was great, beds felt great. Owner was very helpful leading up to our vacation. I was SUPER annoyed to be woken up at least 2 of the days to the constant beeping outside my bedroom window of the manlift as they were doing repairs to a nearby unit. Also the phone number on the front door for disturbances just goes to a mailbox, not to a live person. You might look into that as well. But overall we had a great vacation and enjoyed the condo
This is a very tasteful but older condo across the street from the beach. The highway is challenging to cross and may be difficult with children, so recommend going to the crosswalk which will add a minute or two to your walk. The condo is equipped nicely with all amenities and neighbors are friendly. Price is right for location so recommend highly.
