Mariner Pass condos offer the property with incredible views, the Gulf of Mexico is just across the street, indoor and outdoor pools, and fishing!
Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is convenient to everything in Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Gulf Shores. At least 5 restaurants are within walking distance, and dozens more within 4 miles. Plus, enjoy shopping in specialty shops just down the street in San Roc Cay Marina.
Mariner Pass has indoor and outdoor pools, plus a fitness room, steam room, and sauna. If you want to bring your boat let us know so we can check availability of a boat slip. And don't forget to bring your fishing tackle and fish right off of the private boat docks. Flounder, speckled trout, and red fish all love to hang out around the docks. Charcoal BBQ grills are available near the dock area for your use. Then, relax on your large enclosed patio and enjoy coastal living and wonderfully vivid sunsets. From you private patio you can walk right out onto the huge common area patio and right down to the pools and the docks.
INQUIRE FIRST TO BE SURE THE BOAT SLIP IS AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY. BOAT SLIP IS $60/NIGHT OR $350/WEEK.
CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no refunds will be given due to said occurrences. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.
TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.
MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We do not process any payments through VRBO/HomeAway.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. Only 2 passes are allowed during peak season (June, July, Aug) and holidays. Passes are $35+tax each. There's 1 reserved spot for the unit, additional vehicles park in non-reserved spots. Non-reserved spots are first come first serve.

Thanks to Hunter for offering this back-up place to stay when our reserved condo had a water main break. We were disappointed not to be on the beach as planned but made the best of it. The condo was nice and the view of the bay was great. Current construction on the docks was a bit loud outside, but couldn't be heard inside. The property company did a poor job of informing owners and guests of the water main break and alternative plans.

That's us, Simpson Properties Group. The manager you were not pleased with is the building Association manager. The company that manages the association at Wind Drift, we agree, could have been much more prompt in letting us know about the water main break so that we could inform our guests. Other than having to get the garbage disposal replaced (a big bowl of gray water was under the sink when we arrived)it was very nice uni. The disposal was replaced promptly. I had to unclog the ice dispenser but I imagine the quarantine was a factor in that.

Had a great week in OB and the location and convenience of the Mariners Pass and the condo were just right. Great views watching the boats come and go and overall very quiet. Love the patio and access to the pools. Only downside was the open elevator down to the pool and we had my elderly mother traveling with us. We did manage to get her down to the pool and hot tub a couple times. Condo has all we needed to prepare our own meals. Grandkids had a blast too! Thank you for helping us make family memories with 4 generations.

Came to Orange Beach to attend a wedding on the beach. Weather was much warmer than we liked but condo was perfect. Loved the location on the ground floor. So convenient to everything without the need for an elevator, and the view was lovely. Would ask for the same unit again.

This home provided a perfect little getaway on beautiful Orange Beach. Easy access to the outdoor pool from the deck. They were doing exterior painting hiring our stay, but the paint company was incredibly respectful and worked hard to stay out of sight. Well appointed kitchen with all of the amenities. Beautiful beach just 1 mile down the road with ample parking. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone loooking to relax and enjoy Orange Beach.

I almost feel like I should not give a review and let everyone know about the best place on the bay! The sunrise/sunset views are beautiful and we enjoy being able to take our boat out fishing and cruising to the islands every day. After we have enough sun, the indoor pool comes in very handy. The restaurants in SanRoc Cay are amazing and well worth the short walk. Overall this is an amazing place. We did have a hiccup upon arriving but Claudia and Pat Simpson were easy to contact and quickly resolved our minor issue (boat slip listed on arrival/departure info was not boat slip belonging to the unit we rented). We will be staying here again next year!

Very clean first floor condo that accommodated all our needs. The lay out of the condo was fantastic for our family of 5. The condo has a covered parking spot that is convenient as well as the outdoor/indoor pool. The outdoor grills and boat docks are easily accessed from the backside of the condo. Plenty of local restaurants within a few miles.

We love the place. It was close to the beach, Florida, and had indoor and outdoor pool. It was clean and very spacious. I usually have a hard time getting my handicap daughters chair in places, it was very accommodating. The view from the master bedroom was awesome. Overall great stay. No issues at all. Rating of 3 on maintenance. Lots of fruit flies, not enough lighting in kitchen and some of the appliances didn't work but it was manageable.Thanks for everything.

The condo made the vacation. Will appointed 1st floor unit with access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub was just a few steps from the unit. The balcony was hugh with access from the balcony to the pool. Very convenient. This was our 2nd year in the same unit because of the access to the property ammenities. Access to great beaches was close and parking at the unit was especially easy in and out.

This was a great week. We stayed at this same unit two years ago and just love it. The location in the building is the best. Property manager was there when we arrived stocking the unit with a lot of new stuff. He went out of his way to accommodate our every need. Extremely responsive and quick to do so.
