Welcome to Phoenix West II 704! This 7th floor Orange Beach Gulf-front condominium overlooks the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the most sugar-white beaches anywhere in the world. From the flat screen TVs to the gourmet equipped kitchen, every detail has been covered to make this one of your best vacations ever!
At over 1950 square-feet, this condo features 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. There is also a 4th full bathroom off the hallway near the kitchen.
The bedding arrangements in the bedrooms are King, King, and two Queens, and of course all bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. There is room for an inflatable bed to be provided by the guests.
Our kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances and is fully equipped to prepare any type of meal. All pots, pans, place settings, glassware, and accessories are in place. The kitchen is positioned facing south so all the chefs have a great view of the Gulf, plus they won’t miss out on any activities in the rest of the condo.
There is a separate dining area with seating for 8, and beautiful views through 10 foot floor-to-ceiling windows. There is additional seating for 3 at the raised granite counter in the kitchen.
The spacious den is equipped with a large comfy sectional sofa, two swivel chairs, and a 60” flat screen TV.
Of course there are indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a full fitness facility, BBQ grills and multi- level indoor parking. All you need to bring along from home are beach towels, and what you intend to eat, drink, and wear.
CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no cancellation refunds will be given due to said occurrences. We suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance if there is a chance that you may cancel your trip.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for cancellations or early departures due to stormy weather forecasts unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.
TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.
MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We do not process any payments through VRBO/HomeAway.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
Parking: We do not handle parking passes for Phoenix condos. You will purchase passes from the front desk for $45 each. You can purchase up to 2 parking passes for this unit. During peak season and holidays, purchasing more than 2 passes is subject to the overflow parking availability.

My wife and I have been spending a couple winter months in this area for 5years. This unit offers all the amenities you could ever want. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds and fantastic views. If you are considering a winter getaway Simpson Properties Group are great to work with, they have a large inventory of units to pick from, but not this one because I'm coming back in January 2024.

We were treated to a fantastic winter getaway thanks to Simpson Properties and unit 704 Phoenix West II. This beautiful unit comes equipped with most everything you would need regardless of the length of your stay. The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area has an abundance great restaurants. We are repeat with Simpson Properties and hope to continue the relationship well into the future. They are very responsive to any problems or questions that come up during your stay.

Had a great stay at the Property. Everything was great, love the location with parking on the same floor, kitchen very well stocked, plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 small children. Balcony was very nice, the lazy river, the splash pad an the pools for the grands and of course the beach were awesome! Only negatives were out of your control... man on balcony on 6th floor was smoking on his balcony and smoke came up and over to us. And a dirty washcloth was left on shower nozzle in first bedroom /bathroom to the right, just an over sight and not a problem for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Phoenix West II is a great place for a family vacation! We loved the pool, the indoor pool, the lazy river, and the splash pad! Unit 704 was spacious with plenty of room for 3 kids to run around. Our favorite part was the new furniture on the balcony with its spectacular view! Also, we loved having an ice machine and a new washer in the unit. Our best meals were at Cobalt and Doc’s Seafood. The employees of Simpson Properties were very helpful and it was easy to communicate with them. We’ll be back!

We’ve stayed at many different condos in Orange Beach over the years. We were very pleased with the accommodations at Phoenix West 2. It was spacious and probably the cleanest unit we’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed having the free standing ice maker. Balcony furniture is very nice.

We had a wonderful vacation in Orange Beach. This condo was very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 4 full baths. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. We spent time out on the balcony as there was a beautiful view of the ocean. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was comfortable and there was plenty of seating. We loved the decor - neutral colors throughout with splashes of color. The amenities at this facility were amazing - the kids loved the waterslide, indoor pool, and lazy river. I enjoyed the proximity to the beach; just a quick ride down the elevator and you are on the beach. Also, being able to park on the same floor as the condo was very a huge bonus. Overall, a great stay!

Great condo. Beds were comfortable. Like the fact I was on the 7th floor and I could park on 7th floor f parking deck. No elevator. Only thing I wish were different is there are no rugs in the condo. Wished there had been a big area rug in the living room and also the bedrooms. Had to constantly sweep up the sand.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The decor was beautiful the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the fact that there was an ice maker that helped a lot with our adult beverages! The beach view was so amazing from the balcony and from the living area. My guest and I were very pleased from the moment we opened the door!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. We had an amazing view . We had a hiccup with the electricity and within 30min of notifying management the problem was resolved. We are already talking about making reservations for next year.
