Pictures are truthfully representative. Beautiful property and location. Management company representatives very friendly and helpful. We all want to book this same property next year.

The condo was nice and clean. Our only complaint is there were gnats everywhere, especially in the bathrooms.

We had our annual girl’s trip to the beach in September. Phoenix West 907 is our favorite condo! I love that the condo has 4 full bathrooms. There is plenty of seating in the den for movie night. The balcony provides enough room for morning coffee and good conversations. The location is perfect. You are right on the beach and the Lazy River pool is a relaxing way to end the day. Simpson Properties is always a pleasure to work with. Hunter is quick to reply to any questions that I have had.

This space was big enough for our family of 11 to co-exist for an entire week. The unit was clean and well-stocked. The views are amazing and the amenities are top-notch!

This condo is very nicely decorated and exactly as pictured. Sheets and towels provided were very nice as well. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, we like to cook meals in and also enjoyed the grills provided near the pool area. We enjoyed the 4th bathroom, the condo was very roomy for our family of 10. The 9th floor location makes it a bit easier because we parked on the eighth floor of the parking deck (highest level) and just used the stairs walking down one floor in order to avoid the elevator. One elevator was out our entire stay so there was a longer wait but it really wasn’t bad. The Simpson Properties we rented from was very responsive and we really had a seamless rental experience, would definitely recommend them. Amenities are very nice and well maintained. Beach was very crowded but the beach chair rental company was very accommodating. This was our first stay in Orange Beach and it was a very pleasant experience.

This condo is nicely furnished and is in a desirable location. However, the Value did not meet my expectations. The guestrooms were rather small. We had an issue with carpet tacks that punctured our feet. However the management was very responsive and corrected the situation. The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable. Lots of buffering. From my research we could have stayed in a comparable condo for one week for about $2000 less.

This unit was great and described perfectly clean and comfortable. The unit was located within places we wanted to see and things to do. The amenities were just as described we would have liked a little more things but we purchased items needed such as garbage bags kleenex and dishwasher soap. This unit being a beach condo it would have been nice to have beach towels and beach chairs would have been a nice perk but we survived. I definitely would recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. Our condo was perfect, the weather was great and the local food was delicious. Hunter helped us with a minor TV problem . Simpson Rentals is the only way to go for a great vacation.

Having a key - door was a code. Loved the ice machine. Only negative was we were unable to obtain 3 parking pass for our vehicle and the young man running the beach chairs rentals was incredibly rude both time I had to interact with him. Wish the weekly use of beach chairs was included in the coat of renting unit.

We loved the location and appreciated the cleanliness of our rental. Our unit looked exactly like it was pictured in the advertisement. The pool, lazy river and easy beachfront access made this stay especially nice.

We enjoyed fishing charter through Gulf Island Charter with Captain Don and Amy. A real highlight! Don't miss a breakfast at Ruby Slipper or a dinner at LuLu's (especially if you have young people along).

Just a great vaction.

The condo was beautiful and well furnished. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of seating for all, both inside and on the balcony without feeling cramped in. Hunter Simpson was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

This is very nice spacious unit. We had 5 adults and there was ample seating inside and out on the deck for everyone to sit and be comfortable. Hunter was excellent to deal with and very accommodating. Hope to stay here again in the future.

We went during the polar vortex. Thanks to the comfortable patio set, what little time there was sun, we were able to bundle up and soak it in! Additionally, the condo was just comfy and beautiful!

The main drawback is lack of WiFi and cell service. It was intermittent at best all week and the last two days, nonexistent. Apparently it is up to the building, not the property management company to repair. In the age after the Pandemic, more people are working from wherever they are. Be warned you will not be able to do this from anywhere in Phoenix West. Will sadly look for another building next time solely because of internet and cell. Also- the kitchen is lacking in cookware. Had some, but only one small skillet. Had to buy my own spatula.This wouldn’t have been a deal breaker though.

Beautiful view, large condo right on the beach. Facility itself is clean, parking was $31.75. Was able to send pictures of things we noticed when we arrived in the condo, all of which the owner already knew about which was good. Unfortunately the first time we opened up the dishwasher (first night), we noticed about an inch of standing water. Repairman came next day but needed to call plumber who couldn’t come until the following day. It needed a part which did not arrive until after our vacation. Hand washing dishes our entire vacation wasn’t fun. We also were without internet for a day. They fixed it and advised it’s due to nearby construction work. The only other item, which is called out in the rental agreement, is that there are no extra garbage bags. Had I caught that I clearly would have thrown one in my luggage because one kitchen bag does not suffice.

We had 8 people total in the unit. Plenty of space, no one felt crowded. The unit was beautifully decorated. Very clean. The property owners were easy to work with and the location is very convenient.

It was fantastic! Unit was beautiful and had every amenity we could possibly need. The only odd thing is that there we no lamps in the living room area. However we had ample lighting using the dining room light.

This condo is beautiful, large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, large bathroom and closet were nice. We loved the furniture on the balcony! We spent a lot of time there. The ice maker in the bar was an added bonus, we have one at home and miss it when we travel so this was nice. The building grounds were great although it was a little cool to get in the pool but the lazy river is nice, as is the other pool and there's a 1 foot pool for babies. It's nice to have the luggage and grocery carts available to unload your luggage. It's a very short walk to the beach. Just a few things to be aware of--bring your own beach chairs in the off season--there was not a vendor on the beach so that you could rent chairs and umbrellas in November so we had to buy chairs. Also it says in the rental agreement what is included in the condo. I didn't pay real close attention so we had to buy coffee filters, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. So while the kitchen is well equipped with dishes you do need to supply all the other things--not a big deal but just be aware. We would definitely rent this again, it was great!!

Simpson's Properties Group are pros! The posting was accurate (except the pics didn't do it justice- HUGE 1700+ sqft! Great view of gulf, pools, lazy river. Big balcony area. We were 9 altogether. Plenty of space to spread out.) Booking, payment, communications, check in and out were all smooth and professional.

The condo was exceptional!!! Everyone in the family loved the spacious rooms and beautiful decor. Ha I g the 4 bathrooms was certainly a plus. The condo was very clean and well supplied (blender, toaster, ice machine, etc.) The kids and ADULTS BOTH loved the lazy river and water slide!!! Staff were always pleasant and professional. There is always a guard at the indoor pool and around d the water slide which is very nice.
My family and I will certainly return!!!! LOVED IT!!!!

We love the beach. This condo was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We played games around the dining room table, watched a movie or two on the big couch, and cooked breakfast almost every morning in the amazing kitchen. The lazy river was the kids favorite spot to be and the indoor pool made life easier when the weather did not cooperate.

First time at Phoenix West 907, unit was clean and decorated beautifully. We accidentally used the wrong dishwasher detergent and ran the dishwasher over. Management promptly attended to it, she replaced a patio chair. All was perfect

Loved our condo as we always stay here. Only thing it was busier and elevators were tied up and one broken.

We had a great time! The condo was clean and spacious. The kids loved the slide and the lazy river. Over all a great place to stay with kids, grandkids and of course the beach was wonderful. The customer service was great and on top of any questions we had from start to finish. No complaints here!

We have been renting condos at the beach for almost 50 years and we were very disappointed with this one. There was mold around the top of bathroom 1 walls and vents, the smoke detector was missing, two chairs and a chaise lounge were broken on the balcony, the bed (the entire bed frame) in bedroom 2 broke when my aunt sat down on it, we had to wait to get it fixed until the next day causing her to have to sleep on the couch, there weren’t enough towels or wash cloths for the 8 people staying. The positives were that the property is in a great location central to everything. The lazy river and pools were fantastic for the kids.

This was a family vacation with grandkids and their parents. The lazy river and pool is great for all to enjoy. Very convenient walk to the beach. Parking deck and elevators can get congested at times. Overall a great place to stay.

This was an awesome condominium, my family enjoyed. The only update I would like is smart televisions.

The unit was clean. The 9th floor gives a great view. The units furnture was not up to par. The First bedroom on right one of the beds sheets appeared Not to have been changed and were dirty. The filter light stayed on in the ice maker the whole time. The couch and love seat were so sunk in we used the throw pillows under the cushions to have a little support. The king size mattress in master bed room gives no support just sinks in. Master bath toilet flapper leaks and needs replacing. Both bath tubs with shower drained very slow so added drain cleaner. The chairs on deck are about to give way from sun rot. But we all enjoyed are stay, no rain the whole week before hurricane ‘Michael’ hit.

Property was very clean and in great shape. it is also well equipped with all necessary amenities. We definitely plan to return next year.

Check in was quick. The unit was in great shape when we arrived. No problems during our stay.

We have stayed at Phoenix West several times in the past and have always loved it. The amenities at this condo are great for kids. Lazy River, Water slide and zero entry pool. All condos are entered through indoor hallway. Noise levels are very low and condos are spacious.

this was our first time renting from Simpson. Experience was very easy and communication was good except for check in. We weren't able to check in to our condo until 630 on Saturday???? Very disappointed with how this was handled. When you have three kids and needing a place to get cleaned up for dinner it would be nice to be able to get checked in. No offer of compensation or offer to let us check out later on departure date??????

We had a very good experience. The condo was even better than the pictures and amenities at Phoenix West were fantastic. The microwave was nor working when we arrived but maintenance came on Tuesday and then replaced it on Wednesday.

We love Phoenix West and have always rented there through Simpson Properties because they are so easy to deal with and their rates are great. We had another wonderful long weekend this year with no issues and what a beautiful place.... Only drawback is that too many people are finding out about our beautiful beaches here that even springtime is becoming crowded.

Very good experience. Unit was very clean. No issues. I would stay at this location again.

Love Phoenix West! While we experienced a few glitches along the way, we'd rent through Simpson Properties again.

Pros:
- Phoenix West is just an awesome place! The unit was clean when we arrived and was overall a comfortable place to spend the week.
- Pat Simpson made a special trip to deliver us a new TV remote when we couldn't find it in the unit.

Cons:
- Dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived. Yes, they were clean, but who wants to unload a dishwasher first thing during your stay...
- Towel bar was broken in one of the bathrooms, and the broken bar with sharp edges was still in the bathroom - thankfully we found it before our kids did.

Cons were minimal, we'd stay here again.

We had a great time! Pat Simpson was great to rent from. He took care of all our request in a very timely manner. The Phoenix West was just a great stay, we all enjoyed the lazy river and we could not keep the kids off the GREAT water slide. Great Stay! Only one issue to be aware of. Make sure you request extra parking in advance. If you take more than two cars your screwed!! The so called association members that sell the parking were VERY rude and had a did not care attitude after our daughter drove in from a 16 hour drive to stay with us, the guy basically said its not their problem. Thank goodness we rented from Pat Simpson because he got right on it and found her a place that allowed overflow parking. Thanks again so much for that Pat!

The overall experience was good, the property did not have enough elevators and we spent a lot of time waiting for them, I mean a lot of time. The sofa bed was broken and we ended up purchasing an air mattress. The only other knock on this property was that the furniture was a bit worn and stained. I also found it odd that when renting a unit that sleeps 12 you only get two parking passes, we had family coming from Georgia, Missouri and North Carolina it seems that we should have more than two parking passes.

The condo was exactly as expected. Making the reservation, booking, etc was very easy. The property is very nice. There was some construction on the other side of the property, but it did not affect us at all. The beach was very clean and well maintained, and the kids loved the lazy river!
